Interview with Dr Ang
We had a interview with Dr. Ang recently to discuss about the old Buildings of Hwa Chong. It was a very fun interview as we get to learn more about historical buildings such as LT1 and 虎豹楼. Although we will not be uploading the video as the voice could hardly be heard, we will post some pictures of our interview and important parts of our conversation. Hope you guys enjoy :)
Details of old buildings
"The 虎豹楼 was basically a teachers hostel and it was demolished in the 1950s-1960s"
"The current S.A.L.T Centre was finished in mid 2002 after the old hostel was detroyed in 2001"
"The old library is located at the place where the Kong Chian art centre seats now"
"The current boarding school started as of 2001 December and the land it used was a forest in the past"

LT1
The LT1 of Hwa Chong Institution does not exist anymore. Many people are guessing that it was replaced by the auditorium but is that the truth? We, HCIstory, is going to announce to truth to you guys :)
